Entering The Realm of Tranquillity

Most are looking for a state of tranquility.

Could it be that we are looking for something that has already found us? That very delicate, celestial room inside that seems to enforce our sense of connection, both out in this world (horizontal) and mostly our spiritual connection to whatever we perceive as celestial (vertical).

I have touched upon ‘stretching’ emotions before, so that what we experience emotionally can transcend into a state of mind. Emotion comes and goes; that’s why many call them illusions. If we can pin them, we can stretch them into a feel and the feel will settle and become a state of mind.

The feel of tranquility needs to be enforced by the same technique.

When we enter the realm of tranquility most would probably find that tranquility is triggered from the outside. An emotion of safety will rise due to outside circumstances. That can be a meditation retreat, that can be the safety in relationships or it can be nature, as in the healing gift of nature, that sends us into the zone of tranquility.

If the outside gives us the emotion, the feel of tranquility, it would mean that the same feel of tranquility is object oriented.

That is how we function and get to know this world, by deciphering, analyzing and becoming familiar with the world we are in and it is the very first steps, very necessary steps, in childhood. It is the programming we are exposed to as children and if we weren’t we wouldn’t be able to maneuver this world.

“This is round and its brown” – would be a way to describe a ball to a child. Learning shape and color of an object. This is mum and this is dad. This is sweet and this is sour and so on. We are object oriented and we have to know the objects and their nature in order to master them.

It makes a fluid world seem firm and it strengthens our position in it, because we learn to define ourselves within the definition of our surroundings.

Later we have to throw away vast parts of that programming or social conditioning and that can be very, very difficult since our idea of self is built around our ability to object orientate. If that is not present in childhood, we are lost. Obviously, a lot of false, emotionally biased programming steps in and that would be our teachers such as parents, friends, family, childcare system: “This person is black and not of the same stellar quality as a white person, and we do not like blacks.”

So, the genuine conditioning would leave emotions out of it and only decode the physical world to the child and not its biases based on prejudice.

When Ceaușescu in Romania fell from power, international helpers stepped into the foster care and children’s homes, where they found thousands of children confined in small beds as old as 10 years who hadn’t had any stimuli whatsoever into their tactile sense (touch) and knew nothing, and had no words for anything that surrounded them because nobody taught them what the objects were.

Needless to say, these children, born with a perfect brain, acted like they were severely brain damaged, had noises for language and could easily be mistaken for severely disabled. That this stuff goes on in so many countries still, is truly, truly sad.

I once visited a Greek insane asylum where the inmates, they couldn’t be called patients since they were chained out in the brutal Greek sunlight all day, were given a metal container with some baked beans as the highlight of the day, and brutally beaten if they acted out. Yes, Greece has had many warnings about this, still doesn’t care, and it was well before austerity kicked in.

If somebody cares to teach others about the world even down to “This is hot and this is cold,” it seems like an act of mercy. That’s the world we live in. Animals are kinder than that to each other, since they know they have to teach their kids in order to survive.

My point also being:

The more we know of this world, the better we can maneuver in it, and when we know the world and its objects, we can throw that knowledge away and become fluid again, since we know that the same world we see is a result of often biased conditioning and false statements.

The biggest one being:

This world is firm, as in Physically firm. No, it is not, it’s a quantum field that appears solid in our realm of dimensions, which would be 3D reality. Same Matrix with the concept of time. Concept of time has to be in a 3D world since it defines the 3D and vice versa.

That is probably why the System is so keen on teaching us the clock as soon as possible, which is both practical for obvious reasons and later it becomes an uninteresting Matrix, but we can still show up in time or deliver on a deadline and show up at the airport in order to catch our flight.

So we can decide independently, out of that programming, when it is important for us to take time in as an authority in our lives. Something we need to be aware of, or we will get nowhere. Being too dependent on time, we start seeing it as a control mechanism that the System uses.

Time is merely digits – nothing else.

When we truly understand that example, not only intellectually but emotionally, we can break the prison of time and in the space between the ticking of the clock, tranquility can kick in, simply because we are not haunted by time anymore.

That doesn’t mean we will start to think that we have all the time in the world due to the takedown of its authority, since we have both: all the time in the world – and an eagerness to fulfill what we see as the purpose in our lives, our calling.

A complicated, yet simple state of apparent opposites? They are not. They go very well hand in hand: it will make us busy with reason often in a state of tranquility. Being busy is not the same as being stressed.

The reason people think so is that they identify with time (object oriented into time – identifying with time), which would make you a prisoner of time. If you can move between the spaces in time, you will find that it’s possible to both know the clock and see it as an illusion. As said: A very firm illusion living in a 3D world.

The key is this: The only thing that has to be a servant of time is our body and the body is a vehicle for emotions, intellect and ego and soul. Ego loves time. Soul doesn’t. It’s eternal.

It is silly that Big Science is looking for the cure to aging. Big Science wants to give you eternal life. Big science doesn’t know it wants to give us something that’s already found us, but since Big Science addresses the Physical world (3D), it doesn’t know of anchoring ourselves across dimensions and that state of being or knowledge or fact, is also an indicator of tranquility.

Tranquility thrives in that space, until we can settle it, know it and call upon it.

Often Tranquility will appear just randomly and in order to master it we have to know what it is, so we ‘object’ it in order to pin it down and hold onto it. Tranquility doesn’t like that at all, but it’s the same movement as I described with the childhood. “See – there it is, that’s tranquility,” and we label it in order to know it and distinguish it from other states of mind, since this is what we feel we need to do. Make it a state of mind, instead of an eager traveler knocking at our bedroom window occasionally, with no pattern of prediction.

Tranquility is not a singular emotion at first.

It’s a hybrid of: Gratitude, safety, love and unconcernedness.

Translated into the understanding of the chakra system, it embeds them all up to the heart; from there on it transcends into the higher chakras until it hits the pineal and the crown. Then it is not tranquility anymore – it is pure bliss, rapture like – but without being directed at an object, such as the concept of God, since the esoteric truth is: In that moment of Bliss or soulful rapture, we transcend our distance from the same God or whatever we label it to be, and we realize that we are not apart from the God Force – we are the God Force.

People who meditate would be aware of this, as it is what happens when a meditating person transcends and thereby crosses dimensions of contradiction between that person and his creator.

He becomes one with the source.

That ladder has many steps, as it is known throughout the various traditions in Buddhism.

The cool thing is that establishing a firm connection with Tranquility, doesn’t require that we meditate. It is very okay to do so, of course, but most meditations have a system of object awareness also in order to ‘get it right’. Do this. Avoid that. It is all okay.

We are also very much geared to perceive that the State of Tranquility has to be in spite of all our personal struggles in the physical world, the emotional world and our intellectual world. In spite of all our problems, large or small.

That is a false assumption.

Tranquility also exists in turmoil. Let me call it a Matrix Moment.

People, including myself, often experience a slowdown in time facing great danger.

I had a profound experience with that when I crashed on my motorbike years ago. Going into the crossing I became aware that I couldn’t avoid hitting the side of a car that came from the opposite side of the crossing. I couldn’t steer away from it and I warped (as many tell) into a state of tranquility and heard my hand and arm being crushed between my bike and the side of the car. Felt like ages.

I was very young and I had yet to learn the concept of Tranquility that comes without being fueled by a very generous flow of dopamine from the brain. People who die outside sudden impact also seem to slip into the tranquility zone, either fueled by brain chemistry or a glimpse of the Celestial.

The wife of Steve Jobs has said that he, in his moment of ‘death’, just uttered a very big; Woooow.

Once we step out of the false belief that Tranquility only is there when we perceive ourselves as problem free, we will be able to spot it, walk into it, identify with it, and then let go of all the contradictions we have been programmed with.

Tranquility is not a visitor only in the absence of struggling. At the start it’s a parallel companion. If we acknowledge it, spot it, we can stretch it, like we can with feeling happy.

Even though it helps a lot in the beginning we need not seek out tranquil places because we think we will only find it there. If we hold on to that belief, we still object decode the world we´re in. Since we still think it’s an outside-sparked phenomenon, we often have to pay a lot of money to the local tranquility guru. If we think so, it will often be his tranquility we´re tapping into, and that would define the anatomy of our own. So, it’s not really ours, is it?

A tranquility guide is maybe needed, and I sure pose like one right now, but I want you to believe in your own perception and not mine. I am not telling you what is right and wrong. If I handed you a key, you will have to open and walk through the door.

Tranquility is: A quality in your soul that you can enhance, manifest, call upon no matter what your situation in life is.

Tranquility is not: The absence of worldly ‘Noise’ or troubles riding the nervous systems we have like a drunk demon.

Tranquility is the sum of: Wordlessness, gratitude, inner safety, soulful calm, morphed or transcended into a singular State of Mind of:

The Big Calm.
