Do you find it hard to speak up, share or fully show who you are? 

Perhaps you’ve always felt a little shy or sensitive, or maybe being in the spotlight feels uncomfortable, or the thought of being truly seen brings up anxiety, self-doubt, and a fear of being judged.

If so, you’re not alone - the journey to feeling safe to be our true selves is rarely an easy one. In this 1 hour 45 minute mini workshop, we’ll explore how certain numbers in the Soul Contract can create deep patterns around shyness, sensitivity, and the fear of visibility.

These patterns are often connected to deeper emotional energies in the Soul Contract that can show up as:

  • Feeling safer staying quiet, small, or in the background rather than drawing attention to yourself

  • Worrying about judgement, criticism, or getting things wrong if you allow yourself to be seen

  • A deep sensitivity to other people’s reactions, which can make visibility feel emotionally overwhelming

During the final part of the session, I’ll guide a short healing process, intuitively shaped around what the group most needs in the moment. This may involve grounding the body, gently clearing fears around being seen, or reconnecting with a deeper sense of inner safety.

This isn’t about forcing yourself to be confident or pushing yourself into the spotlight. It’s about understanding the energetic blueprint within your Soul Contract that creates these patterns, so you can begin to meet them with deeper awareness and compassion
