How to Reclaim Your Power

Have you ever felt as though you've spent your life making yourself smaller... holding back your voice, your gifts, or your truth to keep yourself safe?

Or perhaps you find yourself people-pleasing, over-giving, doubting yourself, or feeling as though no matter how much healing you've done, there's still a part of you that struggles to fully step into who you know you're here to be.

Many of us carry unconscious patterns and programmes that tell us it isn't safe to be powerful. Sometimes these patterns were formed through difficult life experiences, sometimes they run through family lines, and often they’re carried on the very imprint of the soul.

Together we'll explore what power truly is - not power over others, but the grounded, authentic power that comes from living in alignment with your soul.

We’ll also be exploring:

• What true power actually means and the different ways it expresses itself

• The role different energies in the Soul Contract plays in our relationship to power

• Why so many of us fear being fully seen and successful

• How to move from victimhood into sovereignty

• Why the parts of us we hide are often the key to the very power we’re seeking

During the final part of the workshop, I’ll guide a gentle intuitive healing process for everyone, shaped around what the group most needs in the moment, to build upon the transmission of the workshop.

And as a reminder, this work isn’t about trying to fix yourself, it’s about bringing deeper awareness, compassion and understanding, so you can begin to feel more connected to who you truly are underneath the patterns and beliefs that keep you limited and stuck.
