My mission is to help sensitive, spiritual souls feel at home within themselves and in this world, by bringing awareness to the hidden patterns that keep you out of alignment, so you can reconnect with the truth of who you are.
The story that led me here
Like all good stories, mine has many chapters, or what I call ‘lily pad moments’, that led me gently to where I am today.
My journey began in my mid-twenties, when I was living in London and reached a point of burnout and exhaustion. At the time, I didn’t realise that, through the lens of my Soul Contract, I was deeply sensitive to overwhelm, but I could feel that something needed to change.
In search of answers, I discovered a holistic therapy called Kinesiology. It supported me not only physically, but emotionally too, and opened my awareness to the deep connection between mind, body, and soul - something I had previously been completely unaware of.
One of the most profound shifts came as I began to release a deep block around worthiness and receiving love. This softened long-held feelings of unworthiness and shame, and created space for me to experience my first meaningful relationship.
This experience led me to train as a Kinesiology practitioner in 2017, so I could support others in uncovering and releasing the subconscious emotional patterns that hold them back in life.
That moment marked the beginning of a path I’ve now been walking for over nine years, and one that continues to deepen and evolve.
My mission within this work
Many of the people I work with carry a quiet sense of not belonging. There can be a deep longing for “home,” alongside a resistance to fully being in life, especially when it feels overwhelming, heavy, or uncertain.
Through the lens of the Soul Contract, I help you understand yourself on the deepest level - the patterns that have shaped you, and the potential that is waiting within you - so you can feel more grounded, confident, and trusting of why you’re here.
Alongside this, my healing work supports the gentle release of conditioning, beliefs, and emotional layers such as “I’m not good enough” or “something is wrong with me.” These patterns can create inner conflict, self-judgement, and self-sabotage that keep you feeling stuck and disconnected.
As these layers begin to soften, something beautiful happens - your relationship with yourself begins to change. You move from self-judgment into self-compassion… from resistance into acceptance… and, over time, into a deeper sense of self-love.
This reconnection to love is the heart of my work. Because as we return to love within ourselves, we naturally move out of separation and into connection, with ourselves, with life, and with our true nature.
We are all Spirit having a human experience, and when we begin to meet ourselves with compassion, we soften the illusions that keep us separate and remember the truth of why we are here.
The magic that continues to unfold
As I continue on my own path of expansion, I’ve deepened my work through the Soul Contract, Divine Healing and Lightbody work, which have supported an even more profound level of emotional healing and self-understanding.
The more I release what has been holding me back, the more I experience life supporting me - allowing me to relax more fully into who I am, and to experience greater self-acceptance, ease, and joy.
Alongside my client work, I've also had the great privilege of spending the last 4 years working with Nicolas David Ngan at the Center for Conscious Ascension.

White Opal is an intimate 3-month healing residency for women who are ready for consistent healing and lasting emotional growth.
We work in three-month cycles, meeting twice a month for live group healing sessions and the unraveling of your deepest patterns.

Moving from healing into awakening, Lightbody is a six-part journey of deep activation to dissolve the illusion of separation, realign your body with Spirit, and gently embody more of your Higher Self.
This work is like spiritual midwifery: helping you return to the truth of your being and come into your body, so you can feel more and express more of who you truly are.
