The story that led me to you
Like all good stories, mine has many chapters, or what I call ‘lily pad moments’, that led me to exactly where I am today.
It started in my mid-twenties when I was living in London and reached a point of burnout and exhaustion. Little did I know at the time, but with the energies of my Soul Contract, I am very susceptible to overwhelm. I had to learn how to put up my boundaries, which is something I definitely didn’t know how to do at the time!
In search of answers, I discovered a beautiful holistic therapy called Kinesiology, which nurtured me both physically and emotionally. It also opened my mind to understanding the deep connection between mind, body and soul - something I had previously been completely unaware of.
The biggest gift that Kinesiology gave me, is helping me to release a block around feeling worthy of love. This helped me to let go of deep unworthiness and shame, allowing space for to experience my first proper relationship.
This experience led me to train as a Kinesiology practitioner in 2017 so I could help other people uncover and release the deep emotional subconscious beliefs that might be holding them back in life.
This decision set me on the incredible path that I’ve been following for the last seven years (and if you’re interested, you can listen to the full story here).
The magic that unlocked it all
As I began to expand my horizons, I discovered and trained in Divine Healing and Soul Contract Reading. Together, these practices helped me heal deeply, and instilled a powerful self-awareness within me.
As I continue to release what’s holding me back, I feel life supporting me, allowing me to relax more deeply into who I am and experience far greater self-acceptance, love, ease, and joy in my life.
In addition to working with clients, I've also had the great joy of spending several years working for Nicolas David Ngan at the Center for Conscious Ascension.
You won’t see me too often on social media. Instead, I focus on uncovering deeper themes on healing in my blog posts and sharing behind the scenes videos on YouTube.
