White Opal Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in White Opal (6 live sessions delivered over 3 months), you agree to the following:

1. Commitment to Participation

White Opal is a live program, and your results are supported by your active participation. By enrolling, you commit to attending the scheduled live sessions wherever possible. Missed sessions are the responsibility of the participant.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final. Due to the nature of the program and the commitment required, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, personal circumstances, or change of mind.

3. Missed Sessions

If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording may be provided where available. However, access to recordings is not guaranteed. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled individually.

4. Changes to Schedule / Delivery

Session dates and times may be subject to change due to illness or emergency. In the event that a session cannot be delivered as planned due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative will be provided at the host’s discretion. This may include rescheduling or providing a recording. This does not entitle participants to a refund.

5. Host Discretion

The host reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program structure, content, or delivery to maintain the quality and integrity of White Opal.

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. White Opal is intended for personal development purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Agreement

By completing your purchase and/or ticking the agreement box on the enrolment form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
