Live Group Healing Session Schedule

You can see the upcoming group healing session dates and times below so make sure to save the date to your calendar. When you click on the event it will take you to the Zoom link (which is always the same) and I will send our a reminder email too. Before each group healing session remember to:

  • Find somewhere quiet, comfortable and calm where you won’t be disturbed

  • Have some water or a herbal tea, as well as some tissues nearby (just in case!)

  • Allow yourself space and time afterwards so you can reflect on what may come up in the session
