10 Crazy-Good Healing Charts (I Use All the Time)
When I work with clients, there are several key charts I use repeatedly. These are powerful tools for uncovering hidden patterns, releasing blocks, and transforming deep-rooted energy. Here are my top 10 (plus a bonus one!) that come up time and time again.
No. 1: Hidden Subconscious Ego Agendas
The first and most commonly used chart is Hidden Subconscious Ego Agendas. These are exactly what they sound like—deeply buried, subconscious patterns that create havoc in our lives.
Since they're hidden, we often don’t even realize they exist. They can show up as fears, staying stuck in family roles, or behaviors that don’t serve us. A common one is abdicating responsibility -where the ego avoids taking responsibility for emotions or physical well-being.
By identifying these agendas, we become familiar with the ego’s mechanisms and can start to dismantle them.
No. 2: The Sabotage Chart
This chart works hand-in-hand with the ego agenda chart. Everyone self-sabotages (and I recently wrote about them here), it's part of being human. However, sabotage often hides in layers, making it difficult to uncover.
Sabotage is like a tiny dose of poison, it may seem small, but it has a huge impact on our lives. This chart helps us identify and clear self-sabotaging behaviors so we can move forward with greater ease.
No. 3: Dental Clearing and Balancing
Many people don’t realize that our teeth are connected to our body's meridians, which in turn connect to our subtle energy bodies. Just like reflexology maps the body through the feet, our teeth hold deep energetic programming.
For example, if you have a lot of 5-5 energy in your Soul Contract, you may carry significant programming in your gums (check out the video on the 5’s here). I personally experienced this - after suffering from wisdom tooth pain, I used this chart to clear emotional energy around discipline, and the pain disappeared overnight.
No. 4: Shock and Trauma Release
Trauma needs to be released safely. Some people carry extreme amounts of trauma, which gets locked in the body, causing exhaustion. If it isn’t processed, it can feel like an explosion waiting to happen.
I use this chart when a client experiences something deeply stressful or shocking. It can release a massive amount of energy and emotion, often through physical sensations. I even used it when my boyfriend had heart surgery, continuously working on releasing the trauma his body was going through.
No. 5: Clearing and Releasing from the Vertebrae
Just like our feet and teeth map the body, so does our spine. However, the spine holds some of our deepest and most painful programming.
Many clients with back pain benefit from this chart. We identify what energy is stuck - whether it’s anger, guilt, helplessness, or powerlessness - and work to transmute it through deep emotional alchemy. This is a wonderful process and one of my absolute favourites.
No. 6: Undoing Addiction Programs
We all have addictions, whether they’re obvious or subtle. Addiction is a way to numb feelings or avoid confronting painful truths.
When I first worked with this chart, I realized I was addicted to binge-watching Netflix. Ooops. The deeper reason? I was avoiding facing struggles in my business. This chart reveals hidden fears that hook into sabotage and ego agendas. Once those hooks are released, the addiction dissolves. It’s not always easy or simple, but it works.
No. 7: The Birth Chart
Birth holds a powerful imprint on our lives. This chart explores the beliefs we formed as we entered this world.
Many people unconsciously make vows at birth, such as ‘I must stay small’ or ‘It’s not safe to be seen.’ Personally, I discovered that I didn’t want to leave my mother’s womb because it felt so safe, which explained a lifelong fear of being fully in the world. This is also due to the strong 7-7 energy I hold in my chart (and you can check the video out here).
No. 8: Realising Talents and Gifts
Healing isn’t just about releasing pain, it’s also about activating our highest potential. This chart helps pinpoint and fully embody a specific talent or gift.
During my own session, my gift was identified as perseverance, and it resonated deeply, I always persevere! This chart brings a powerful, positive energy that reminds us of our strengths which makes a lovely change from all the heavy stuff.
No. 9: Opening to Health and Healing
Illness often has a hidden agenda. The mind and body are deeply connected, and physical symptoms usually stem from emotional programming.
For example, I used to only allow myself to rest when I was ill. This chart revealed that my programming forced me to ‘earn’ rest through sickness. By uncovering the subconscious resistance to wellness, we can start to heal on all levels.
No. 10: Vast and Unlimited Abundance
This chart is all about releasing scarcity and lack, whether it’s financial, emotional, or energetic (which are, of course, all linked together!).
Many people carry limiting beliefs like ‘money is evil’ or ‘I don’t deserve abundance.’ This chart helps us dissolve those beliefs and open up to receiving in all areas of life: love, joy, creativity, and of course, financial prosperity.
I recently shared 3 things I learned about abundance that came from a really powerful training, you may want to take a watch here.
Bonus Chart: Embracing Shadow Energy
One I’ve recently learned and love working with is the Shadow Energy Chart. If you have karmic 7-7 energy in your Soul Contract, you may carry deep shame about who you are.
This chart helps us embrace the parts of ourselves that we struggle to accept. Since I have the 7’s in my own chart, this has been an incredibly healing process for me, and I highly recommend it for anyone struggling with self-acceptance.
So there you have it - these are some of the most powerful charts I use in my sessions, and I see them come up again and again. If any of these resonate with you, I invite you to explore them further!

Many well-meaning spiritual clichés, like 'just trust the process' or 'just let go', can feel invalidating when oversimplified. This post explores why we use them, how they impact others, and how there might be more impactful ways we can support people, beyond a well-meaning spiritual phrase.
