The Path of Healing and Awakening That Brings You Home

healing and awakening the Lightbody to return home

Remembering the truth of who we are

We’re all on earth, having this human experience, in order to come home to ourselves, and remember the truth of who we are.

On our emotional healing and spiritual awakening journey we can reach a point where we no longer know what to do. It’s almost as if we reach a ceiling, and we can’t quite pass through and plug in to the other side.

This is because the healing journey is eternal - we will never be entirely clear of healing the patterns, programming from this lifetime, past lifetimes and parallel lifetimes. There is no finish line with healing, there is no level to reach where everything will magically be ‘perfect’.

Healing ourselves is an intrinsic drive some of us have within us, to clear the densest layers of programming and patterning so we can function more effectively down here on earth. Almost as if we’re shedding the heavy weight that holds us down, so we can move more smoothly and gracefully through life.

Letting go of judgement

Part of healing is about releasing the self-judgement and shame that keeps us locked into rigid patterns of existing. Another part of healing is opening ourselves to fully accept, then embrace, and finally love who we are.

This is why healing is so damn powerful - it helps us to remember our true nature, instead of the illusion that we’ve been condition to believe.

If we are willing to move through fear so we can grow and evolve, we are rewarded with a brighter and lighter life experience. It’s not the easiest path by any means, but if you’re on it, then you have no other choice, you were always meant to be where you are right now.

The healing journey is a constant one, as constant as the waves that lap on the shore - sometimes the waves are gentle and placid, regular and comforting, and sometimes the waves are loud, violent and rough. This is just a reflection of life itself - life is always in motion but it never stays the same - change is inevitable.

Healing is the pathway home

While healing is constant, it also creates a pathway for us to access higher levels of consciousness, truth and love within us.

As we heal emotionally, we also heal physically - we start to take better care of ourselves, we start to experiment with how we look after our bodies. We may try meditation, sound baths, reiki or we seek advice, readings, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.

The mind, body and soul are all connected. So as we work on one aspect of ourselves, the other parts respond in kind. When we do the emotional healing work, our soul resonates. When we start to connect spiritually, our body resonates. And so on and so forth. It’s all connected. We are all connected.

As we heal, clear and release what no longer serves us, we begin to awaken, which is the second part of our journey down here on earth. It’s like we reach a threshold, and then everything starts to kick in.

When healing morphs into awakening

Awakening is just another term for remembering. We’ve all lived a multitude of lives, here on earth and in other realities, universe and planes of existence. What we know is but a drop in the ocean.

We’ve lived lives where we are the perpetrator, lives where we are the victim, and lives where we are the healer. Then we have lives where we are the sage, or mystic, who helps others along their path. Our soul’s journey cycles through incarnation cycle after incarnation cycle, gaining the full experience of being human and of being alive.

It’s when we start healing, letting go and releasing the heaviness, that we’re able to start to be able to see things more clearly.

We start to see life differently - we awaken to the truth of our planet, the manipulation that has been playing out in front of us, the abuse that is happening to us, the gaslighting, the lies, the absolute insanity of our planet. And once we wake up to it, once we start to see it and take ourselves down the rabbit hole, we can never go back.

Awakening to to the matrix

This is like Neo awakening in The Matrix. Once you take the red pill you can’t go back to sleep. You’re now living in a new reality, one that you were always meant to choose, but one where you can’t go back to the past version of yourself which was unaware, unconscious and unseeing.

And this is what causes so much deep grief amongst lightworkers and those who choose the path of awakening in their lifetime. It can hurt, so deeply, like something innocent has been ripped away from you, and you can never get it back.

At the same time, awakening can be an incredible process.

While there is darkness, there is also light. This is the nature of duality. Awakening is essentially waking up, and as we wake up we begin to discover a new world around us, and it isn’t all in darkness. There’s so much to discover and learn, and it can feel like a process of illumination.

This darkness and light is what creates such deep highs and lows for spiritual seekers, but over time it naturally balances out.

Activating the Lightbody

And then we reach a point of ‘what next? Where do I go from here?’ and that’s when the Lightbody work steps in.

Lightbody isn’t healing, it’s awakening work to help you truly embody and step into your sovereignty. The way I’d describe it is a blissful coming home to who you truly are.

When we incarnate on Earth, we enter the Game of Separation: forgetting our divine origins and taking on etheric structures and programming that keep us feeling limited, small, and disconnected. The Lightbody work gently removes these structures, step by step, so that your Higher Light can flow into your body and consciousness more fully.

This is when we can truly start to express more than we are.

And, believe it or not, it then comes right back around in full circle as we step back from the constant cycle of healing and we start to embody down here on earth and truly relish the human experience we’re having in all its paradoxes.

Remembering the joy of being alive

Being alive on earth is wonderful and painful. It is full of love and it is also full of suffering. They exist on each side of the same coin.

It is humbling, and it is beautiful. Life knocks us down and then scoops us back up again. We fall into loneliness and despair as much as we rise into joy and bliss.

We begin to relax, we begin to let go of attachment to who we are and how life is playing out. It can feel like apathy, but it’s just the process of release. We begin to see the great Cosmic Joke of our life down here on earth. It’s almost as if we become the observer, not just of ourselves, but of all of life.

We begin to care less, in that way, we create more freedom.

The Lightbody activation process may only be 6 core sessions, but the follow-on effects are continual. The effects of Lightbody work are gradual. They grow, incrementally, so that you don’t even realise how much you’ve changed, or how much life has changed, until you look up and see where you are.

Coming home to who you are

Lightbody has always been hard to explain, but it is about a ‘coming home to yourself’.

We come down to earth and promptly forget who we are, and the process of lightbody activation helps us to begin to remember and awaken to the truth.

This is why it’s like taking the red pill. We begin to see it all, and this isn’t something that everyone is ready for, which is why a sufficient amount of healing has to be the foundation in order for our ego-mind to handle the higher consciousness of this work.

All healing and awakening is essentially about disconnecting from the control of the ego-mind, which is put in place to act as a ceiling for our consciousness in this lifetime, so we can allow the soul within us to rise up and take command - to take us to who we are truly meant to be in this incarnation.

We are here to remember the divinity of our true nature and the interconnectedness of all things, including ourselves.

We are here to expand into the realisation of our true nature, but we are also here to ground into earthly life. We are here to steady our ship, knowing that what we know is a drop in the ocean, but we’re here to ride the waves anyway.
