6 Powerful Healing Processes (and How to Do Them Yourself)
I am so deeply grateful for the beautiful work that I get to share with the world.
When I deliver sessions, whether it’s Soul Contract Readings, Divine Healing or Lightbody, I know that it’s not just helping my client. Everything ripples outwards - how we heal, how we work, how we love - it all has ripple effects outwards into the wider world.
When we heal, we don’t just change our life, we inadvertently change everything around us - everyone we’ve ever met, and ever will meet - past, present and future. It impacts the whole world. Healing is also about stepping into our sovereignty, owning who we are, on every level of our being, and coming into true awareness of our mastery.
The beautiful rhythm of this work flows in a graceful dance.
We first gain a deeper understanding of the energetic patterns driving our reality by looking at our Soul Contract, which can be deeply validating and empowering as we see the hidden gifts and potential within our energies, as well as the toughest challenges we’re still working through.
We can then clear and release those energetic and emotional blocks, programming and patterns that live under the surface through Divine Healing. This is where we begin to step into command of ourselves, allowing ourselves to feel and process the trauma, shadow energies, fears and shame that have been holding us back for so long.
Once we feel clearer of the heavy emotional separation programming that was blocking us, we can then step into the Lightbody process. These sessions are not about ‘fixing’ or healing, they are about remembering who we truly are and gently awakening the multidimensional master within us.
All of this is healing, awakening, remembering and reclaiming - and you can get started right away.
Below, I’ve shared 6 of the most powerful healing processes that I use on myself and on my clients. Wherever you are on your emotional healing and spiritual awakening journey, I hope these serve as a support, or a reminder, to help you on your way forwards.
No. 1 Start getting to know yourself
This is where it all starts.
Self-awareness is the bedrock for a deeply fulfilling and joyful life, because when we know ourselves, we can begin to take command of our life. We are never in control of life, but we can come into command.
It’s like driving a car - if we don’t know the car, inside and out, we can’t drive it, steer it, fix it when it’s broken, tune the radio to our favourite station, keep it warm or cool. When we know our car, we can enjoy the journey. And the same is true of ourselves.
Aristotle famously said that "knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom” and another master of life, Lao Tzu also said "knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom." And one of the best ways we can know ourselves is through understanding our Soul Contract.
Our Soul Contract describes the energies put in place by our soul in this lifetime in order to have the fullest experience of a Spirit in this physical reality on earth. When we know our deepest challenges, our hidden gifts, and the ultimate desires of our soul, we can begin to align and navigate through our energies with far more confidence, grace and ease.

No. 2 Create a clear and safe space for yourself
I love to write about boundaries because they are so important when it comes to healing.
Many of us tend to overgive, self-sacrifice and step into the role of pleasing others instead of giving to ourselves. This can come from a number of places but one of the biggest reasons is feeling unworthy to receive.
When we start our healing journey, or at any point along it, we need to make sure we are protecting our space. The matrix will try its hardest to pull us back into the programming that we’ve been working so hard to clear, because it doesn’t want us sovereign, independent and free.
And one of the tools the matrix uses is people - specifically the people closest to us. It’s why our families often react badly when we start to work on ourselves and we start to establish boundaries. They don’t want us to change because it doesn’t serve them if we do.
They also don’t want us to change because it makes them confront things within themselves that they’re not ready or willing to face, so they will do everything they can to protect their bubble.
When we’re healing we need to maintain our space, our energetic and emotional boundaries, and make sure we’re allowing ourselves what we need to stay in our energy.

No. 3 Remember that what you feel you can heal
One of the most important parts of healing is about allowing ourselves to feel the emotions within us.
Most of us have been taught to block our emotions. Girls are told not to show their anger. Boys are told not to cry. And all children are told to be quiet. Rarely are we allowed to express our innermost feelings, and so as adults we continue pushing them down, numbing and avoiding them, without even realising we’re doing it.
The problem comes when we push our emotions down to the point where they densify in the physical body, leading to symptoms and dis-ease as the body works hard to process what the mind doesn’t want, or isn’t able to acknowledge.
Emotions are stored in the water of our body at the cellular level, with certain emotions residing in specific parts of the body, which is where the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine comes in.
While talking therapy is a strong starting point, we often need a deeper somatic healing process that allows us to really feel whatever is buried under the surface - whether it’s hidden grief, buried trauma, repressed anger or chronic, low-level stress.
Only when we feel, on an emotional, physical and energetic level within our bodies, can we begin the real process of deep healing.
→ We all need a little help every now and then to connect to the deeper emotions within us. This 15 minute guided process is here to help you gently uncover and release what’s really going on beneath the surface (from the resources library).
No. 4 Get clear on the fear behind your choices
We either make decisions out of love, or out of fear.
These are the two energies that are always pulling us in different directions. Often, our choices from fear come with lack, scarcity, distrust and low self-worth, whereas the choices from love come with a more trusting, abundant and empowered energy.
Of course, there are variations between this - it’s a sliding scale, but knowing which energy is behind our thoughts, words and actions can be a powerful way to make decisions from a place of higher consciousness, which is love, rather than the lower consciousness energy of fear.
This is why getting clear on what fears we have, and how they’re driving us, is a key part of our healing journey. And when we’re a little bit distanced from our fear, we can actually do the deepest healing within us.
Often, fear is a way for our ego-mind to keep us small, safe and limited. The ego-mind is there to limit our consciousness, whereas the soul is here to expand it and bring us into a deeper awareness of our true nature as divine beings of God.
Fear keeps us stuck and unable to move forwards, but once we begin to work on it, we realise that it’s just a projection of our ego-mind that feels real, even when it’s not.
→ There are two powerful ways to release fear - one is through bringing it up and out into the open, and the second is to take an action against it. We also need to lean back into trust that it’s all working out for us, so here’s a guided meditation to bring you right back into a state of flow and trust.
No. 5 Identify the ego programming holding you back
Like fear, we all have layers and layers of programming that distort our reality and distract us from living a life filled with love, purpose and joy.
Ego programmes can look like self-sabotage when things are going well. They can look like procrastination when we really need to finish something that we know is important. There’s a chart I use in Divine Healing more than any others, and it’s called Hidden Subconscious Ego Patterns, because we usually aren’t aware that they’re even running.
This is the part of healing where we often need someone else to step in and hold space for us so we can be guided through the deep and tricky programming within us - because often they are very complex and hooked into other things - like a knot that needs to be carefully unravelled.
Once we begin to release these it’s amazing how much freer and lighter we feel.
While this is a more challenging process to do on our own, it’s not impossible. I highly recommend finding out the energies running in your Soul Contract so you can identify the patterns that will probably be showing up in your life.

No. 6 Don’t forget to bring in the positive
On our emotional healing journey we can often make the mistake of focusing solely on what needs to be released, healed and cleared, and forgetting to focus on the positive parts of the healing process.
The healing journey can feel so heavy, tiring and overwhelming at times, which is why we need to bring lightness and positivity to the process in order to bring in harmony and balance.
As much as we think it’s all rainbows and sunshine, healing is also about having courage to look at the darkest shadow energies within us, the things that bring up the most shame and self-hate, and embracing them with acceptance and compassion.
And this is the work that can feel the heaviest.
I know that many of us are in a rush to clear as much as we can in this lifetime in order not to come back and deal with all the crap on earth again. Yet, we miss the point that we’re also here to create heaven on earth and learn to love ourselves in the process.
Loving ourselves is the hardest thing of all, but we can take steps to accepting ourselves, then embracing ourselves, before the self-love embeds in.
→ If you’re ready to step into the positive energy on your healing journey, you may like to start with one of two powerful healing processes to awaken to love and receive the blessings you deserve.
