What is Your Soul Contract?
What a Soul Contract Shows You
What is your Soul Contract, why do you have one, and what is it going to tell you about yourself and your life? This is what I’m going to try and answer in this video.
If you’re new here, I’m Antonya and I love helping people decode their Soul Contracts so they can step more into self-awareness.
Because when you know yourself, when you understand all the energetic patterns running underneath your life, you can begin to see things more clearly. You start to observe yourself and take command of your life. And that, to me, is true empowerment.
It’s also a very joyful way to live.
For the purpose of this video, I’m going to be sharing a Soul Contract Summary Report, so you can get a little taste of what your Soul Contract looks like, the different aspects of the chart, and what the numbers mean in each area.
If you're curious about your own Soul Contract, you can explore your unique patterns, gifts, challenges and potential through a personalised Soul Contract Report. Available as a short Summary or an in-depth Full Report, with prices starting from £16.
Remembering the truth of who you are
Your Soul Contract gives you the deepest truth of your life.
People come to a reading knowing different amounts - some know a little, some know a lot. What I often see is how validating it is when you can look back at your past experiences and suddenly say, “Oh my gosh, that’s why that happened. That makes complete sense.” It brings a real sense of understanding and compassion for yourself and for what you’ve been through.
At the same time, it helps you look ahead into your future.
It shows you the potential sitting there - maybe turned down a little, maybe not quite stepped into yet - quietly saying, “I’m waiting to be recognised. I’m waiting to be activated.”
One of the really fun parts of having a reading is noticing where you are on that scale. How far are you moving through the challenges? How much are you activating the gifts? How much are you stepping into the goals?
A reading is like a live transmission. Your soul already knows this information, it’s just waiting for you to remember.
Why are we here?
A Soul Contract reading gives you a deeper awareness of why you’re here.
Ultimately, the soul is here to have a human experience. We are sparks of the Great Spirit / God / The Divine, and we come to Earth to have a physical experience of separation from Spirit, and honestly, it’s pretty tough down here.
When we’re on Earth, we play what I call the Game of Separation. We’re here to learn and remember the truth of who we are - that we are Source having a human experience - and the way we learn is through individual lessons and challenges.
We’re not being punished by being here. We are here by our own choice, for our own growth and expansion of consciousness.
As a reminder, we are eternal beings on a human journey, and the sound of the name we choose creates the energetic structure of this lifetime, and that’s essentially how your Soul Contract works.
The structure of a Soul Contract chart
Most charts have two triangles: a downward triangle pointing to the Earth, and an upward triangle pointing to the heavens (unless you have a short name where you only have one triangle, meaning your life experiences are more focused).
They represent the physical and spiritual aspects of your experience. While they’re shown separately, all the energies interact constantly, and we usually begin by working through the physical energies before moving more fully into the spiritual.
Each part of your chart shows your karma, which relates to challenges you often experience early in life, your talents, which are your natural abilities that you’re here to tune up, and your goals, which are what you’re here to experience and express in the world.
Then there is the Soul Destiny which acts like an umbrella that gathers all the other numbers together. It carries the karma, talents, and goals from both the physical and spiritual aspects, which is why it can feel very strong because it’s the overarching theme of your life.
Summary Reports and Full Reports
If you’re looking for an overview of your Soul Contract, like the one in the video, a Summary (see a sample here) gives you a beautiful snapshot of the energies in your chart, giving you a taste of what you’re here to work through and embody.
As a next step, you can then upgrade to a Full Report (see a sample here), which is a much more detailed, high-level deep dive.
